Web site no longer updating

I know many of you have relied on these reports ever since I started them over two decades ago, but my other work and local community engagement (made possible by skills I gained in Toastmasters!) just don't leave me enough time to update this with the now-annual updates in recognition programs.

Instructions

• Annual reports, which includes both the district directory (a compilation of historical performance data for the previous several years) and the hall of fame (a list of the awards won by divisions, areas, clubs and members in the previous year, suitable for recognition at the fall district conference). (Updated around July after year end.)
• District reports, opens a new browser window with the original reports page for the district.
• "Almost" distinguished clubs, provides a list of clubs in the district which have four goals (needing one more goal to be distinguished), or with five-plus goals and needing more members to meet the membership qualification requirement. These are also available in the "Area to-do's" report.
• DCP report, an analysis of club performance by paid members and DCP goals compared to previous years, highlighting clubs that are doing better or worse than before. (Updated weekly.)
• Area to-do's, a plain-English explanation of what district leaders should be focusing on to meet their distinguished area, division, or district goals. (Updated weekly.)
• Triple crown, a list of members who have earned at least three educational awards in the current year. Also includes a list of any member education awards that aren't counted in the distinguished club/area/district programs. (Updated daily, some districts recognize this accomplishment.)
• Performance graphs, with the first graph showing how each division is doing in helping the district meet its goals, as well as a graph for each of the critical and important success factors comparing this year to the previous years on a month-by-month basis. Note that the current month is shown, though it may be only partially complete. (Updated weekly.)
• Div'n Gov'r dashboard, a concise table of how the divisions are doing in meeting their goals, and includes totals if every club met all of their DCP goals, and if every area met all of their DAP goals. (Updated weekly.)
• Mem sponsor report, a list showing who has brought in the most new members for each month of the year. At the end is a summary table for the full year. (Updated weekly, if the member sponsor report has changed.)
• Daily reports, click on a date, and the report for that date will be displayed in this frame. Most of them are daily reports, listing updates to club dues status, officer lists, and educational awards.
• Weekly reports, the dates with an asterisk are weekly reports with much more in-depth analysis of the critical success factors, division and area performance against goals, and clubs that need coaches.

Data on these pages will be updated within a couple of hours after the main reports page updates. These reports are supplementary, and the original reports are the authoritative source. To print a report, shift-click or control-click on the link to open it in a new window or new tab, then print that.
